DELIVERY TIMES
Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday within 1 - 3 days from the purchase moment.
Delivery is made from Monday to Friday. Delivery time varies on each destination, taking from 2 to 7 working days.
You will receive an estimate delivery time when the order is prepared and the delivery is scheduled.
🖐🏼 Hand Made product delivery depend on product availability. Allow 2 weeks for them to be created for you. ☺︎
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you order outside the European Union, the package is subject to duties and import taxes which are not included on our rates and have to be paid by the customer to the courier upon your product delivery. The amount of taxes charged depends on each country of destination.
returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order with the following conditions:
• If the change is because you don't like the product or size is not ok.
• The product should be in perfect conditions and with all labels on in order for us to accept the return or exchange.
In this case 👆🏽you will be responsible for shipping cost.
